Description : The Eighth Annual Conference of Sahodaya NCR (East) was successfully held on 27January ‘24,at Delhi World Public School, Greater Noida. Directors, principals, and teachers from 80 CBSE schools in NCR East participated in this conference. Dr. Ram Shankar, Director Training, CBSE New Delhi, was the chief guest, while Bhavna Dhayani, Joint Director, NIOS, and Prof. Abha Sharma, Principal, SCERT, served as the special guest and keynote speaker, respectively. The event commenced with the ceremonial lamp lighting, followed by a captivating cultural program by students from Delhi World Public School. In the Research Paper Presentation program, principals and teachers from 11 schools shared their research papers, discussing innovative education strategies. Eighteen schools received Sahodya Model School Awards across 25 categories. Shikha Singh, the City Coordinator for CBSE, addressed the gathering. Mrs. Deepti Sharma, Principal of Pragyan School, Jewar, and President of Sahodaya NCR East, along with Sahodaya Group Mentor Mr. Sandeep Mittal ji,were honored. All Sahodaya school principals were acknowledged for their significant contributions to education and innovative pedagogical practices. Chief guest Dr. Ram Shankar also inaugurated first edition of Sahodya NCR(East) ‘s e- magazine ‘Gyanodhya Sanklan’. He praised,Mrs. Deepti Sharma for her outstanding leadership and training skills. He also commended all principals for their valuable contributions to education. Dr. Ram Shankar shared insights into the board's initiatives for supporting teachers' training and discussed various innovative training methods. The conference concluded with group photographs, marking its success.
