Description : Sahodaya NCR(EAST) holds its 24th conference in the form of LEADERS’ CONVENTION -2022, joining hands with HT Media at Kiran Nadar Museum of Art, Noida. The Principal, Directors, Managers and teachers of about 50 schools located in Noida, Greater Noida, Bulendsher, Khurja, Neemaka and Jewar, Uttar Pradesh were the part of this convention, wherein, the Director (Training) CBSE, Dr. Ram Shankar highlighted the importance of continuous professional development of teachers through trainings and workshops. He put emphasis to understand NEP-2020 which aims at the holistic development of a learner. He also addressed the efforts of CBSE to revive country’s lost culture and skills. Ms. Roopali Dhawan, Head Education, HT Media talked about the expansion of role of the Hindustan Times in Education. “HT media tries to trigger young minds through various online and offline competitions”, she added. Subsequently, Mrs. Deepti Sharma, President, Sahodaya NCR(East) threw light on the evolution, vision and goals of Sahodaya(rising together). Dr. Arvind Srivastava, President of Kashipur Sahodaya shared the best practices to create a strong bond of trust between, parents, school and students. The whole programme was concluded with a vote of thanks to all august gathering with the take away that they would work towards achieving desired outcomes and always keep a strong coordination with each other.
