Sahodaya School Complex N.C.R.(East), organized 7th Annual Conference at Global Indian International School Sector-71 Noida for unfolding the vision of New Education Policy-2020 and quality education. Honorable Mr. Anurag Tripathi ji IRPS (Secretary CBSE, New Delhi) was the Chief Guest and Mr. Rakesh Khatri ( Nest Man of India) Founder Eco Roots India was the Special Guest. Sahodaya School Complex NCR(East) Chairperson Mrs. Deepti Sharma (Principal- Pragyan Public School, Jewar), Mr. Sandeep Mittal( Director Alpine Public School, Khurja), Mr. Deepak Kumar Sinha (Principal -Jagran Public School), Mr. Harish Kumar Sharma( Manager Pragyan Public School, Jewar) Mr. Ganesh Sharma(Principal -Global Indian International School, Sector-71 Noida), Mrs. Gunjan Bansal (Principal Divine International Public School) welcomed the Chief Guest and Guest Speaker by presenting them with bouquets, mementos and saplings. The conference was inaugurated by lighting the lamp in front of Maa Saraswati by the Chief Guest, Guest of Honor and Core committee members of Sahodaya Complex NCR (East). A very enthusiastic session was taken by Mr. Rakesh Khatri known as the Nest Man of India who has made over 4.75 lac bird nests with students and young professionals. He is recipient of Limca Book of World Records twice apart from him Mathya Doonvold (Project Manager, Goethe Institute, German Embassy) gave his presentation on how German Language is beneficial for students. Further the Chief Guest Hon’ble Anurag Tripathi Ji gave awards to The Managers/Principals of nine Schools out of 79 schools of Sahodaya complex NCR (East) who manifested their participation in different categories. On this juncture the Sahodaya schools were honored for implementing the New Education Policy-2020 and the latest methods of teaching in their schools by the Chief Guest. The Chief Guest Honorable Mr. Anurag Tripathi, explained the objectives of the New Education-Policy-2020, which called for a huge change in the curriculum, pedagogies and evaluation system. He presumes to take journey from content-based learning to competency base learning. Describing the pen-paper test as only 20 percent of the evaluation process. He emphasized on developing skills in children and making them self-reliant citizens.
